Just a few minutes back, Alia Bhatt and Salman Khan have confirmed on social media that they are the lead pair in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next, Inshallah. This is said to be a remake or a sequel to Salman Khan-Aishwarya Rai- Ajay Devgn’s love story, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. While Salman stays, Alia Bhatt is his new leading lady. Thus, clarifying that it's not Baiju Bawra but Inshallah, the duo is coming together for.

Looks like Sanjay Leela Bhansali has finally made up his find to go ahead with Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam sequel/remake, as the filmmaker was also toying with the idea to make a remake of Meena Kumari’s Baiju Bawra, for which it was reported that Shah Rukh Khan has also been approached along with Salman Khan. With the recent development, it looks like a change of plan has happened and Bhansali has decided to put Baiju Bawra remake on hold and go ahead with Inshallah.

Talking about SRK pairing up with Salman and Bhansali, we guess fans will have to wait a bit longer to see the superstars on-screen in full-fledged role. However, we cannot rule out the possibility of SRK be seen in Inshallah, in a cameo or play Ajay Devgn’s role (from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam) as SpotboyE.com has it that Alia Bhatt had visited SRK at Mannat, a few days back. So, a permutation combination between the three is underway.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt took to Twitter to express her delight over pairing up with Salman for the first time. She wrote, “Dream with your eyes wide open they say & I did.
